- Certifications: ARRT(R) + BLS required; ACLS preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- Call: 1 week every 9–10 weeks, 5:30 PM–7:00 AM
- IR Experience: Liver Center, Y-90, MAAS, AVS, DEBS, PTC, drain placements
- Equipment: Siemens
- Preferred: PACS, C-arm, contrast, stents, ablations, angiograms, kyphoplasty, drainages
- Floating: Required within hospital/nearby affiliates
- Local: Indiana residents accepted at lower in-state rate
- RTO: Up to 5 non-holiday days may be auto-approved
- COVID: Not required
