Our client, a leader in medical equipment logistics and support, is seeking a USA_Order Mgmt Deliver Operator to join their team. As a USA_Order Mgmt Deliver Operator, you will be part of the Customer Service Material Logistics team supporting order administration and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: USA_Order Mgmt Deliver Operator

Location: Cary, NC (On-site; remote work not available)

Pay Range:

Shift: Multiple shifts available, including first and second shifts; please indicate your availability on your resume.

What's the Job?

• Place and manage urgent spare part orders in SAP for medical equipment repairs
• Support approximately 2,000 field engineers through order processing and inquiries
• Track shipments and troubleshoot order issues across multiple warehouse systems
• Investigate delays, backorders, and fulfillment problems to ensure timely delivery
• Handle high-volume phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment

What's Needed?

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and SAP or ERP systems (training provided)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
