Behavior Technician (BT) | Center for Autism - Kentwood | Full time 1st Shift

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one care to learners ages 18 months to 21 years while teaching daily living, communication, and independence skills.
  • Collecting and recording data accurately on different target items.
  • Following individual behavior programs while creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with learners’ families and team members

What You Bring

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license

Required:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
  • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
