Full-Time Direct Support Professional

You can get paid to take someone to the park while making a difference in their life! Hourly rate $18.70 per hour, Schedule full-time 30 hours/week: Thursday - Saturday 10PM - 8AM at group home located in Dumfries, VA 22025.THIS SCHEDULE REQUIRES FEMALE STAFF DUE TO CLIENT NEEDS*

 We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population (such as experience in education, caregiving, health care, other human services or customer service);
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Ability to pass required trainings
• A Valid driver’s license, minimum three-year acceptable driving record and reliable transportation; 
• A High school diploma or GED; 
• Flexibility, positive attitude, 

Working Conditions

• Work in residential group homes, day programs, and in the community
• Transport individuals using agency provided van
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
