Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Responsibilities:

Implement evidence-based ABA programs: Work one-on-one with clients to develop and implement personalized ABA plans, focusing on skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Communicate effectively with BCBA therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of services and teamwork.
Capture and record data: Accurately collect and maintain accurate client data, using observation and recording techniques to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
Provide support and guidance: Offer emotional support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting confidence and independence.
Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and peer support groups to stay updated on best practices and enhance your skills.
