Harmony Gardens Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care and clinical oversight for our residents. Position Summary

The Nurse is responsible for providing resident-centered nursing services, overseeing medication administration, monitoring resident health status, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and supporting caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and committed to maintaining resident dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor resident health and well-being.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.

• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and families.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns.

• Supervise and support caregivers and medication aides.

• Participate in resident assessments and service plan reviews.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

• Promote infection prevention and safety practices.

QualificationsRequired

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.

• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living.

• Experience supervising caregivers or direct care staff.

• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
