Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Admit, transfer and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
· Accurately chart in resident's EMR that reflects care administered.
· Wears proper PPE when necessary.
· Administer treatment and medications timely; orders and performs diagnostic tests timely.
· Assumes nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
· Effectively communicate to outgoing RN during shift change.
· Investigative resident/family complaints and takes appropriate actions to bring it to resolution.
· Complies with state and Federal Regulations in all matters; participate in facility surveys as scheduled.
· Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team; carries out Physician's orders.
· Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
Requirements:
· Graduate of an approved Nursing program (RN) licensed in MO
· 2 years' experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
· Current BLS/CPR certification
· Reliable transportation
