What You’ll DoAs the Medical Records Director, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and managing the integrity of our medical records system. Your work will ensure that our interconnected ecosystem of support runs smoothly and efficiently, helping us fulfill our mission of building pathways to stability, purpose, and independence.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Oversee the organization, maintenance, and security of medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for medical documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline record-keeping processes.
- Monitor the accuracy and completeness of records to support holistic care.
- Train and guide staff on best practices for medical record management.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual who brings both expertise and heart to the role. Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in medical records management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation standards and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
