About the Registered Nurse RN Role:

As a Registered Nurse RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients' conditions and developing effective treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians

• Providing wound care, ostomy care, and other specialized care as needed

• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to physicians and other team members

• Educating patients and their families on treatment options, medication management, and other healthcare-related topics

• Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records

Registered Nurse RN Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Georgia GA

• Current CPR
