As an ADON, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation and care center. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility ensuring that all activities are in alignment with our mission and values

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high-quality patient care

• Collaborate with the medical staff, caregivers, and other departments to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

• Conduct routine rounds to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement

• Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and empathy, ensuring that all patients, families, and staff feel valued and heard

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our center remains compliant and innovative
