About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching a team of nurses and caregivers during the evening shift. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to ensure smooth operations and maintain high-quality patient care. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses and caregivers during the evening shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards
• Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards
• Develop and maintain effective communication networks with staff members, residents, and family members
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage for absences or emergencies
