Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging activity programs, including recreational, social, and therapeutic activities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to identify residents' needs and interests

• Plan and coordinate special events, such as birthdays, holidays, and themed activities

• Engage with residents, families, and staff to promote a sense of community and belonging

• Monitor and evaluate activity programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate records and reports on activity programs and resident engagement
