Position Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Golden Age Foundation, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals through evidence-based behavior interventions. You’ll work closely with clients and their families, helping to create meaningful change and foster progress toward their goals. This is an opportunity to make a real difference while contributing to our mission of generational progress and community transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and document data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach while adhering to ethical guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working in behavior therapy or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and families.
• A commitment to upholding the values and mission of Golden Age Foundation.
