USA_Warehouse Mover - Level 1

Job Title: USA_Warehouse Mover - Level 1 Location: East Durham, NY 12423 Type: Contract Compensation: $26.95/hr Work Model: Onsite Hours: 7pm - 7am - (B Shift and D shift)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receipt, administration, control, and management of inventory of raw and packaging materials.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) to perform all inventory moves accurately.
• Complete daily stock transactions reconciliation to achieve targeted stock accuracy.
• Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in Quarantine and Manufacturing-Pro system.
• Replenish materials when items are low.
• Use ERP systems to move inventory and control stock.
• Track all equipment to ensure proper placement and compliance.
• Ensure only clean and properly labeled materials are issued to production, and reject and dispose of rejected materials appropriately.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes.
• Supply materials in the correct amounts and quality.
• Conduct prompt data entry for receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw and packaging materials.
• Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment.
• Operate all PIT equipment safely within warehouse protocols.
• Learn SAP system functionalities.
• Develop skills to progress to level 2 ICM role.
• Maintain good safety, conduct, and attendance records.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and SOPs including site, quality, and EHS standards.
• Uphold company core values by treating everyone with respect and dignity.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Basic math skills
• Reading and writing comprehension of the English language
• Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
