What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Program Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and managing programs that align with our mission and vision. - Collaborating with community partners to expand the reach and impact of our services. - Leading and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality, whole-person support to individuals and families. - Monitoring program effectiveness and using data to make informed improvements. - Ensuring all programs operate within budget and meet organizational goals. - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster a strong network of care and opportunity.
What We’re Looking For: Skills and QualificationsWe’re seeking a candidate who brings: - At least 1 year of experience in program management, community services, or a related field. - Strong leadership and organizational skills to guide teams and manage multiple priorities. - A passion for community development and a commitment to our mission of creating generational progress. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build meaningful partnerships. - The ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex challenges.
