HR Assistant

We are seeking an HR Assistant.*No experience required*

Job Description:

• Answer phones and direct calls as needed
• Miscellaneous project tracking
• Data Entry
• Communicate effectively with managers, employees, co-workers and candidates
• Prepare accurate and organized reports as needed
• Complete timely and accurate record searches
• Maintain confidential records
• Assist HR team with document storage and organization
• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies
• Review wages and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Ethical practice
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment screening including but not limited to background and drug screen
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent time management
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to take direction from supervisor
• Ability to accept feedback and adapt as needed
