Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare unit, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies

• Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and programs to promote patient care and safety

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient records, statistics, and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role

• Degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Current RN/LPN licensure in the state of Florida

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
