About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential facilities and supporting our direct care staff in their efforts to provide exceptional care to our residents. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of care plans and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

• Provide guidance and support to direct care staff to enhance their knowledge and skills

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff and residents to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management or leadership
