Your Role as a RN Unit Manager: 

At Poplar Hill Health and Rehab, our Unit Managers provide essential care to our residents by: 

• Ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Supervising nursing staff

• Managing patient care plans

• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals

What You Need: 

• Active Registered Nurse RN in Virginia or a compact state.

• At least 2 years' experience

  Salary Range: $90k - 105k depending on qualifications and experience.
