What You’ll Be Doing

As a Barista and Bartender at Ivy Cafe, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch service and delicious drinks to our guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Mixing and serving creative cocktails and other alcoholic beverages.
• Engaging with customers to provide a warm and welcoming experience.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and coffee station.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a barista, bartender, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and cocktail mixing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A passion for hospitality and creating delightful guest experiences.
