What You’ll Do

As the Compliance Director, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that Golden Age Foundation operates ethically, transparently, and in full compliance with all applicable regulations. Your role will be pivotal in safeguarding the trust we’ve built with our community and partners. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring organizational practices and identifying areas for improvement to align with industry standards.
• Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential compliance issues.
• Collaborating with leadership and staff to promote a culture of ethical practices and accountability.
• Providing training and guidance on compliance policies and procedures to ensure organization-wide understanding.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends to proactively address new challenges.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to nonprofit organizations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across teams.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for maintaining ethical standards and organizational integrity.
