About the Role

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Golden Age Foundation, you’ll play a vital role in our whole-person, ecosystem-based approach to care. You will provide compassionate mental health services while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to bridge the gaps between mental health, reentry, family support, education, employment, housing, and more. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
