Customer Support Specialist

At Associated Property Counselors, LTD we are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Support Response Specialist to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance through email, chat, phone, and other support channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and support requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests.
• Record and update customer information and support tickets.
• Handle complaints professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Meet response-time and customer-service targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous customer service or support experience is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
