A Day in the Role

• Start your shift aligned with production priorities, reviewing specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements for the day’s builds.
• Inspect incoming materials, in‑process assemblies, and finished goods using standard quality tools and established inspection methods.
• Compare results to defined specifications, document findings with accuracy, and keep records current and organized.
• Spot non‑conforming components, segregate them appropriately, and report issues promptly.
• Support investigations and escalate product concerns directly to the Quality Team Leader.
• Contribute to document control activities and maintain high integrity of quality records.
• Champion 5S—keeping the work area clean, safe, and well‑organized.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality compliance initiatives across the line.

What You Bring

• Background in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
• Skill in recognizing defects and deviations from requirements.
• Comfort using computers for data entry and documentation.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Experience with electronic or mechanical components is an advantage.
