Responsibilities:
- Guide seniors and their families through the Medicaid application process, ensuring clarity and understanding at every step.
- Manage multiple Medicaid applications simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all submissions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate support and expert advice.
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategies that maximize client benefits while adhering to Medicaid regulations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to tailor Medicaid solutions that best fit their circumstances.
- Stay updated on Medicaid policies and changes, sharing insights with the team to enhance our service offerings.
- Coordinate with nursing facilities and other service providers to ensure seamless client care transitions and support services integration.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing Medicaid applications with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
