Our client seeks a Product Analyst within Stock Plan Services to partner with product leaders, stakeholders, technology, operations, and compliance to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions. The role identifies business needs, defines solution requirements, and ensures delivery of key initiatives. It leads discovery and requirements-gathering, translating complex challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. The analyst drives alignment across business and technology teams and represents partner needs through the project lifecycle. The role supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement to deliver scalable results.

Responsibilities:- Lead analysis activities, including crafting detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design.
- Build partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making.
- Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management capabilities with a track record influencing cross-functional teams.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
