Prizmer Sports, a brand-new sports card shop in WaterSound, Florida, is looking for an Operations & Shipping Associate to join our team!

This is a retail sports card shop position—not a warehouse job. Shipping and inventory are handled from a dedicated room within our store. There is no warehouse, forklift work, or heavy equipment involved, and forklift certification is not required.

What You'll Do

• Manage shipping and fulfillment for online orders.
• Carefully pack cards and collectibles for shipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Keep the shipping/inventory room clean and organized.
• Assist with in-store operations and customers when needed.
• Help create a friendly, welcoming environment for sports fans and collectors.

What We're Looking For

• Interest in sports, trading cards, or collectibles.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable work ethic and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with computers, online orders, and basic shipping tasks.

No prior experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person!
