About this Job:
As a BCBA with SOS, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise junior therapists, and provide parent training and coaching. Our clinic is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment, where you will be empowered to focus on clinical excellence and achieve your professional goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Supervise junior therapists, including RBTs and BTs, to ensure high-quality services
Provide parent training and coaching to support family involvement and generalization of skills
Maintain accurate records and reports, including billing and clinical notes
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to support continuous quality improvement

Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with evidence-based ABA therapies and treatment approaches
