Job Summary:
CT Technologist Location: Not Specified. This role involves operating Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images while ensuring patient safety and minimizing radiation exposure. The position requires collaboration with physicians during procedures and adherence to clinical protocols.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: Two or more years of experience with trauma and stroke; Associate's Degree or equivalent; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program; current State/District license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credential; and the ability to live within 50 miles of the facility.
- Schedule: Nights, Thursday through Saturday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include assisting physicians during procedures, preparing rooms and supplies, managing contrast reactions and codes, scheduling exams, and entering charge codes accurately. The candidate must be able to operate imaging equipment effectively and maintain high standards for patient care and safety.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
