SECURITY GUARD – CLUB/VENUE EXPERIENCE

Location: Lithonia, GA area
Pay: Negotiable based on experience

We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Guard to join our team for a club/venue environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of security experience required must be 230lbs or more
• Strong preference for candidates with nightclub, club, security experience
• Must be professional, alert, dependable, and able to handle high-energy environments
• Must be physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position, including standing for extended periods, controlling access, responding to disturbances, and assisting with crowd management
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Must be reliable and able to work nights, weekends, and event hours
• Security license/guard card required if applicable under Georgia law

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and performers
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
• Check identification and enforce venue policies
• Monitor and manage crowd activity
• Respond appropriately to disturbances and security incidents
• Assist with emergency situations when necessary
• Complete security checks and incident reports
