Temporary Property Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a leader in affordable housing management, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a low-income housing complex, ensuring residents receive excellent service and that property standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming community environment.

Job Title: Temporary Property Manager

Location: Manistique, MI

Pay Range: $19.00 to $22.00

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

What's the Job?

• Manage daily property operations and ensure compliance with housing regulations
• Post rent checks and handle financial transactions accurately
• Be on-site to address resident concerns and provide excellent customer service
• File work orders and coordinate maintenance requests efficiently
• Support the transition of temporary staff into permanent roles as needed

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle resident concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Basic knowledge of property management operations
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
