HVAC Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Range: $27-$29hr

Shift: 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical systems, including units over 500 tons.
• Monitor system performance, record readings, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contractor oversight.
• Support team members with multi-faceted tasks beyond HVAC, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Experience with chillers, air compressors, condensers, HVAC, and piping.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
