Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be the frontline representative of our customer service team, managing daily interactions with visitors and callers. This role involves efficient handling of moderate call and visitor volumes using CRM systems and standard office software during regular weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Greet visitors promptly and courteously
• Perform accurate data entry in CRM and office systems
• Provide friendly and professional customer service support

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in administrative support
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills
