General Laborer

LaborMAX Staffing is hiring dependable General Labor and Construction Workers for several full-time opportunities in the Victoria area.

We are looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, safety-minded, and ready to work. Most of these positions are construction-related and may involve working outdoors, lifting materials, using basic hand tools, assisting skilled trades, and keeping jobsites clean and organized.

Current Opportunities Include:

• Construction Laborer – OSHA 10 Required
• • Must have a current OSHA 10 certification
  • Previous construction or jobsite experience preferred
• Construction / General Laborer – Forklift Experience
• • Forklift experience required
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be eager to learn
  • Looking for someone dependable who wants an opportunity to grow
• Construction Laborers – Multiple Openings
• • 4–5 positions available
  • General construction and material-handling duties
  • Must be comfortable with physical work and working as part of a crew

General Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Construction, warehouse, forklift, landscaping, or other general labor experience is a plus
