Cook Prep

Prepare the kitchen for daily service by:

• Preparing and restocking pulled pork BBQ
• Cooking baked potatoes
• Making baked beans
• Preparing other food and side items as needed
• Keeping ingredients and supplies stocked
• Making sure the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready for service
• Following recipes, portion sizes, and food-safety procedures

Must be dependable, organized, and able to work quickly in a busy restaurant kitchen.
