Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This position is focused on assisting existing customers with their orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, following up with customers, and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable interacting with customers by phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing customers with orders, product questions, and general inquiries
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Make regular follow-up calls with existing customers
• Must be willing and able to visit existing and prospective customers in person on a regular basis.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Follow up on sales leads and potential customers
• Assist with finding new business opportunities
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer orders are handled properly
• Attend trade shows and company events as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Assist with customer service duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office software
• Ability to learn new systems and software
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
• Automotive or heavy-duty truck parts experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Occasional travel for trade shows or company events may be required
