Bring Your Recruiting Game to a Growing Team

TCC Multifamily Interiors is a growing flooring and tile subcontractor working across multiple states — and we're looking for an HR Coordinator who loves recruiting and wants to build their skills across the rest of HR.

You'll spend most of your time finding and closing great candidates, working closely with our CHRO. This is a great fit for someone coming from an HR Coordinator or Recruiter background who wants to lean further into recruiting while growing their HR skill set.

What You'll Do

Recruiting is your main focus. Source, screen, interview, and help close candidates for open roles across the company. Build relationships with hiring managers and keep the pipeline moving.

Support benefits administration. Help employees with everyday benefits questions, assist with open enrollment logistics, and coordinate with carriers and vendors — all under the CHRO's guidance.

Pitch in on HR operations. Onboarding, terminations, personnel files, ADP support, and the everyday admin that keeps HR running smoothly.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of combined experience as an HR Coordinator and/or Recruiter, with a strong track record in full-cycle recruiting
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to work more efficiently
• Some exposure to benefits administration (nice to have, not required)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
• Excellent judgment with confidential information
• A team-player mindset — you're glad to follow direction and pitch in wherever needed

Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus, not a requirement.
