Lab Tech I # 26-21322

Length of Contract: 6 months

Shift: MON – FRI 2PM – 10PM

Description:

• Coordinate sample receipt and testing of samples and input data into computer application.
• Perform routine analytical testing to support quality control testing of pharmaceutical products. Some data interpretation required. have good laboratory skills, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in operating analytical equipment preferred (analytical balance, total carbon analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH meter).
• Should exhibit good problem solving skills. Should possess computer skills as well as good communication skills.

• Required Skill 1: Basic lab instrumentation.
• Required Skill 2: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biochemistry or Associate’s degree.
• Required Skill 3: Attention to detail.
• Required Skill 4: Well organized.
• GMP Laboratory Setting experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 0-3+ years of laboratory experience
• Experience with pharma/biotech quality control testing is preferred but not required.
