Paramount Home Solutions is looking for a motivated, professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, building relationships, and being rewarded for their performance.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and perform exterior inspections
- Identify roofing and siding needs and provide homeowners with estimates and recommended solutions
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and keep all customer information and activity updated in our CRM
- Communicate and collaborate with our production, office, and management teams to provide an excellent customer experience
- Manage customers throughout the sales process from initial appointment through closed out/ paid in full.
