Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s overall people strategy, ensuring the company attracts, develops, engages, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational strategy and culture.
• Develop leadership and succession-planning programs.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior/executive-level responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic-thinking, and relationship-building skills.
