IMPACT-X Performance Sayre is seeking a high-level fitness professional and leader who wants more than just another training job.
We are building a next-generation performance, recovery, and longevity facility focused on helping adults optimize strength, energy, body composition, recovery, and long-term health.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Already has a book of business or strong local network
- Thrives in leadership and business development
- Loves coaching but also wants to help build a company
- Thinks like an entrepreneur, not just an employee
- Wants a real growth path with future leadership and ownership potential
This is not a big-box gym position.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Coach semi-private and personal training clients
- Build relationships and community
- Drive referrals and membership growth
- Help lead culture and operations
- Eventually take on broader leadership responsibilities within the business
