Silicon Beach Startup builds workflow automation software for small and mid-sized service businesses. Founded in 2010 in Santa Monica, CA, we help more than 4,000 customers — from HVAC contractors to dental groups — replace spreadsheets and sticky notes with scheduling, invoicing, and customer-messaging tools that actually talk to each other.

We're a 120-person, remote-first team with hubs in Santa Monica, Austin, and Toronto. Engineering runs in small cross-functional pods that own their surface end to end: you'll pick the stack, write the tests, and watch your own dashboards. We deploy dozens of times a day and keep on-call humane.
