Bilingual Warehouse Associate -  Picker/Packer 

Location: Elmhurst, IL - The facility will be relocating to Vernon Hills in 2 months

Pay Rate: $20.00

Schedule: Monday–Friday,  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Type: Immediate Start  | Temp to Hire

Requirements: Bilingual - Spanish/English

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a reliable, bilingual Warehouse Associate to join their  team. This position requires a combination of warehouse, computer, and customer-service-related skills.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using RF equipment, working with Excel and email, and performing hands-on warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology
• Prepare boxes and shipments for delivery
• Label products and packages correctly
• Assist with shipping and order fulfillment
• Lift, move, and organize boxes and materials as needed
• Use computers for daily tasks and order-related information
• Work with Microsoft Excel and email
• Perform general warehouse and manual labor duties
• Maintain an organized and productive work area

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills required
• Previous RF scanner or RF system experience preferred
• Strong basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable sending and receiving emails
• Must be willing to perform manual labor and lift boxes
• Must be comfortable with shipping, labeling, picking, and packing orders
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work Monday through Friday
