Position: Customer Service Specialist -This role focuses on customer development, appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-installation paperwork, and presenting additional services or options to customers over the phone.

Responsibilities
▪ Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments
▪ Call homeowners after installation to perform post-installation check-ins
▪ Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
▪ Complete final paperwork and obtain necessary approvals
▪ Present additional products, upgrades, or services when appropriate
Required Skills:
▪ Strong phone sales skills; customer service experience in the home improvement industry preferred
▪ Strong communication and customer service skills
▪ Ability to explain products and services clearly
▪ Strong attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
