Administrative Assistant/Marketing
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Location: Lee's Summit, MO

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides outstanding customer service, and can effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position also includes creating basic social media content to help promote our business.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist customers and visitors with a professional, welcoming attitude
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars as needed
• Respond to emails and general office inquiries
• Create and post basic content on company social media platforms
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist office staff with various projects and daily tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience with Facebook and other social media platforms is a plus
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
