Part-Time CMA / Phlebotomy Instructor
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and passionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team as a Phlebotomy/CMA Instructor.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a CMA, an active CMA certification, and be confident in teaching phlebotomy skills, including proper blood draw techniques, safety, infection control, and patient care.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a CMA
- Must have an active CMA certification/license in good standing
- Confident and experienced in phlebotomy
- Passionate about teaching and helping others succeed in the healthcare field
- Patient, encouraging, and able to work with students from all backgrounds and learning styles
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage a classroom effectively
- Willing to provide hands-on instruction and support students as they build their skills
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred, but not required

Current Available Schedule: (Other opportunities for hours if desired)
Monday/Tuesday/ Thursday 6pm-10pm
(Occasional Saturdays 10am-2pm)
