Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates in Port Orange, FL is looking for an Experienced Medical Assistant to join their dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare team. Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies
- Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and chief complaints accurately in EHR systems
- Administer injections, draw blood, and perform routine clinical procedures as directed
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and care plan communications
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and wellness protocols
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
- Experience with phlebotomy, injections, and clinical procedures
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with a patient-first attitude
