Base wage starts at $21/hr (plus participation in tip pool following training). Store Supervisors generally average $22–$25/hr with tips included.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager and Director of Operations with the daily execution of store operations. This role helps ensure shifts run smoothly, team members follow Thrive Juice Lab standards, guests receive an excellent experience, and the store remains clean, organized, stocked, and prepared for service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include supporting daily store operations, leading shifts by example, assisting with team training and accountability, maintaining product knowledge, supporting inventory and ordering needs, completing assigned cash-handling and deposit duties, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, ensuring product consistency and guest satisfaction, and communicating store needs or concerns to the Store Manager and Director of Operations.
JOB TYPE:
Full-time, non-exempt position. Strong availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and support team accountability while leading by example.
