Production Packer (Night Shift)

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Packers to join a growing manufacturing team producing premium synthetic roofing products. This is a fast-paced production position working in teams of two at an injection molding machine. Candidates must be comfortable standing for 12-hour shifts and performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

This is a Spanish-friendly workplace with a direct-send hiring process, next day placement and an excellent opportunity for temp-to-hire conversion after approximately 520 hours.

Night Shift is the highest hiring priority.

Pay: $18.75 per hour + Overtime
Work Hours: Rotating 12-hour Night Shift (B or D Shift) – 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3–4 days per week, including alternating weekends

Position Summary

Production Packers work alongside a partner at an injection molding machine inspecting, organizing, sorting, and palletizing synthetic roofing shingles. This role requires standing for the entire shift while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on molded roofing shingles
• Sort products by color and quality specifications
• Use a handheld torch to repair minor product imperfections
• Organize and palletize finished products for shipment
• Rotate duties with a teammate throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Assist production as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift, stack, and palletize products throughout the day
• Comfortable performing repetitive production work
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including alternating weekends

STEEL TOE BOOTS (OR SHOES) ARE REQUIRED

LONG WORK PANTS (JEANS OR WORK PANTS) ARE REQUIRED

Plain t-shirt or sweatshirt only.

NO DRESS CODE EXCEPTIONS. Associates without steel toes or long pants will be sent home.
