Entry-Level Marketing Associate | Paid Training | No Experience Required

We’re hiring motivated individuals, recent graduates, and career changers to support nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and purpose-driven marketing programs.

No marketing experience required. Paid training, coaching, and mentorship provided.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events and community campaigns
• Engage directly with customers, donors, and community members
• Educate the public about charitable causes and campaign initiatives
• Support face-to-face marketing, community outreach, and fundraising
• Assist with event marketing, promotions, and campaign activities
• Build positive relationships with community members
• Track basic campaign activity and results
• Work with the team to achieve outreach goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a marketing degree or previous experience. We’re looking for people who are motivated, personable, and ready to learn.

Ideal candidates are:

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Team-oriented and professional
• Interested in marketing, events, nonprofit work, fundraising, sales, or community engagement
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

Experience in marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, events, or communications is a plus—but not required.
